We advise those who cling to a running diet in preparation for summer to start work with detox first. Now I’ll give you 10 easy detox recipes in every home;

1-     Cucumber, Lemon, and Mint

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml. water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 10 mint leaves

Cut the cucumber and lemon into cubes and toss in the water. Wash 10 mint leaves and add them to the mixture you have prepared. Leave in the fridge for 1 Night. The next day, drink this mixture at once if you want, and consume it at intervals if you want. (I advise my patients to consume it at intervals) you can also eat cucumbers and lemons.

2-     Raspberry, Apple, and Cucumber

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 100 grams of raspberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon

Toss the apples and cucumbers into the water, slicing. Add the raspberry and lemon slices on top. After waiting for 3 hours, drink with pleasure. Consume this drink when you are thirsty throughout the day.

3-     Avocado, Cucumber, Spinach, and Mint

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 leaves spinach
  • 5 leaves mint

Pass all the greens through the blender. Add the water to the blender and stir again. Sprinkle shredded walnuts or almonds on it. Drizzle over 1 teaspoon of olive oil if you like.

4-     Grapefruit, Lime and Lemon

Ingredients:

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 jug of water

Slice and cut the grapefruit, lime, and lemon. Transfer 1 jug to water. Garnish with mint leaves if you like. Drink after holding for 3 hours.

5-     Pomegranate, Pineapple, Lemon, and Ginger

Ingredients:

  • Half a lemon
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 300 ml. water
  • 1 tsp ginger

Squeeze the juice of the lemon and add it to the water. Put the grated pomegranate on top. Add the pineapple, which you have cubed into a glass, through the blender and add it to the mixture. Finally, add the ginger and pass it all through the blender. After waiting for 2 hours, you can drink.

6-     Spinach, Mint, Lemon, Cucumber, and Parsley

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cucumber, half lemon
  • 5 leaves mint
  • Half cup parsley
  • 1 jug of water

Pass the spinach, cucumber, mint, and parsley through the blender. 1 mix with a jug of water and mix again with a blender. Finally, slice half a lemon and add it to the water. After waiting for 3 hours, you can drink throughout the day.

7-     Orange, Apple, Lime, and Carrot

Ingredients:

  • 1 orange
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear

Cut oranges, carrots, apples, and pears into pieces and pass them through the blender. Then drink the mixture that you immediately pour into the glass.

8-     Pomegranate and Apple

Ingredients:

  • 1 pomegranate
  • 1 Apple

Pass the pomegranate you extract and the Apple you cut into pieces through the blender. To enjoy the pleasures of.

9-     Lime, Lemon, Pomegranate, Mint

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 pomegranates
  • 5 leaves of mint

First, remove the pomegranate juice. Add pomegranate juice to a jug of water. Add the lime and lemon that you have sliced on it. Finally, mix with the mint. Store in the fridge for about 5 hours, and you can drink throughout the day.

10- Lemon

1 cut into a jug of water and add the lemons to stand in the cupboard for 1 day. Drink the next day, throughout the day. Enjoy real renewal.
